Anthony "Tony" Louis Popcheff was born in Colorado and was a self employed artist. He graduated from John Herron School of art in 1985 and had a thirty year affiliation withEditions Limited and Alliance Gallery Indianapolis Museum of Art.

Measurements:

21” W x 17” H x .75” D (frame); 17” W x 12” H (sight).

Condition:

Some faint smudges upper left. Minor wear to frame.
